Leash on Life/Laurie Haag Photography Session Terms and Conditions

A standard Leash on Life Photography Session takes approximately 30 minutes. Included with the session sitting fee is one complimentary 8 by 10 inch print OR two 5 by 7 inch prints, in color or black and white. Additional prints can be ordered for an additional fee, as well as low resolution digital files. There are usually 10-20 proofs from each session, posted in an on-line gallery for preview. Session previews should be available within approximately two weeks of each session date. The online proof gallery will be available for no less than 3 months. While we intend to store all proofs indefinitely, it is recommended that you place your order in a timely fashion, as technology sometimes fails and there is a small chance that files could be lost.

Leash on Life/Laurie Haag Photography reserves the right to use and/or publish images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. We will never reproduce photographs including people without expressed permission from those in the photograph or, in the case of minors, a parent or legal guardian. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Leash on Life/Laurie Haag Photography unless otherwise negotiated.

NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Photographer’s explicit permission. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Likewise, clients cannot authorize any reproductions of the images, whether it is for commercial or personal use. That is to say, clients are not allowed to scan, print or send images through the internet or use images for photographic competition or display. Clients are also not authorized to save images from web preview gallery for any purpose. Clients are in no way authorized to allow any third party to scan, copy, or otherwise reproduce these images.

Copyright Acknowledgement: By signing below, I acknowledge that Leash on Life/Laurie Haag Photography retains full copyright of all images created in the portrait session. Images may not be scanned, copied, or in any other way reproduced without express written permission from Laurie Haag Photography. I further acknowledge that I may not authorize any third party to scan, copy, or otherwise reproduce the images.
