Roll n RunRoller skate, run or walk the 5K road race. Brought to you by Old Capitol City Roller Girls and Friends of the Animal Center Foundation, the event is Sunday, July 18th. The race starts at 8:30 am and canine friends are welcome. The Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center will also host a mobile adoption event.

Adopt a thon 2010

The summer event that we have all been waiting for: Adopt-a-thon 2010. Saturday, July 24th 12-3pm at the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center. Games (including a DUNK TANK!) contests, music, fun and plenty of opportunities to meet and greet a new four-legged friend or two! Come help us celebrate the \\\"Journey Home\\\" for the animals at the Animal Center. Spread the word! Invite your friends!
